It confirms your card works so your subscription can start smoothly when the free trial ends. It is a one-off, not a deposit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your venue billing page. Cancel before the trial ends and the subscription never begins.
Is there a fee per worker?
No. One flat subscription covers unlimited check-ins, and HopDesk never takes a cut of what people spend with you.
Do workers pay anything?
Never. HopDesk is free for workers. They support venues by being good daytime customers.
